A vector file (.ai, .eps, .svg, or a vector .pdf) gives the cleanest result. If all you have is a PNG or a screenshot from your website, send it anyway — we can usually clean it up or recreate it, and we'll tell you upfront if we can't.

Yes, and there's no extra charge for it. Send the names in a spreadsheet and we'll match them to the pieces.
