Shipping Policy
At Lanister LLC – Design & Production Co., every order is handled with care, whether it’s a one-of-a-kind custom piece or a ready-made product.
Shipping
All orders are processed in the order they are received.
Custom Products:
Production times vary depending on the item and design. Estimated turnaround times will be provided at checkout or upon order confirmation.
Finished (Non-Custom) Products:
Typically ship within 1–3 business days.
Shipping times may vary based on carrier and destination.
Return & Exchange Policy
We separate our policy based on the type of product you purchase:
Custom Products (Personalized / Made-to-Order)
Because these items are created specifically for you, all custom products are final sale.
Not eligible for returns or exchanges
Exception: If your item arrives damaged or there is a production error, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right
Finished Products (Non-Custom Items)
Items that are not customized may be returned for a full refund.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
Items must be unused and in original condition
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
